Dinner & Dance Makeup for Yesica

Yesica wanted to attend her best friend wedding. She wanted to look fashionable, stylist & modern. She has typical asian eyes, in which I need to open her eyes by creating moderate smoky eyes. Without changing much her look, Yesica need not to much makeup, but proper technique to soften her strong asian character to look modern & fashionable.

Before

After

Previously I did another makeup when she engaged me last year when she wanted to attend her company Dinner & Dance, the theme was classic Shanghai.

Day Make up for Angela

Angela in her 50s, wanted to attend her Indian niece wedding at the temple. She wanted to have Nude makeup look, as she wants to look fresh & clean & also at the same time, being her self. She portray her self as simple house wife who never put makeup.
I use MAC Studio Sculpt NC 30 for her sensitive skin.
There was not much makeover for her hair as time constraint. I did straighten a little bit & then teased her top to give her soft hair volume & body.

Makeup for Female Magazine April 2012

The Taste Maker

5 ladies, all are in their 30s who works successfully in food business, show their passion and glamorous taste about fashion.

I started my makeup at 9am at the home of Tan Su Lyn, a food consultant. Her home is stylist 2 story house with perfect design. Personally, I admire her house house style & design. She looks simple, chic, smart & down to earth home maker. I was using MAC studio sculpt NC 25 for her foundation.

Another glamorous house wife who really passionate in cooking is Foo Mei Zee. She is wearing a louis VUitton Spring 2012 dress and has created a cake which inspired by LV 2012 collection. I admire her cooking.

The SPH magazine team whom I work with, had managed to feast a little from her specialities raging from simple Otak sandwich, fried chicken Dumpling. Oh yeah.. Her dumpling is really tasty, with stuffing crunchy water chestnut. she also made-blend her own cocktail which was really refreshing. We were all wondering, how Mei Zee able to maintain her beauty despite her cinder passion. Mei Zee has a wonderful skin. Her complexion & skin tone are plus factor on the process of doing make up for her photo shoots. I was using ShuUe mura skin Architect for her foundation.

I did not managed to take the other 3 ladies pictures. They are Ayako Suwa, a Japanese food artist based in Hongkong who
was invited to come to singapore to create a food art for Gucci's 90th anniversary.
